hi! my baby is passing stools in liquid form like water in yellow colour from 4 days 4 to 5 times daily

A. Teething may have started to happen as that can often lead to this kind of an issue with kids you can check with your paediatrician if they start with the right medicine that you need to give to the child and also ask your doctor if you need to shift to non-lactose milk for the time being
