Q.

Hi My baby is one month old and his weight is not increasing much ...I feel my milk is not sufficient to him as he does not sleep well ...I am taking lactare tablets as well to get more milk... can I feed lacktogen once in a day if he cries too much ? if so how much quantity should be given ?

A. Hello mommy, One strategy is to nurse first, then give formula at the end of a feeding. “If you need to supplement after each or most feeds, nurse the baby first to completely empty your breasts, and then give supplemental formula,”. Keep feeding your milk to baby. milk supply will automatically increase. Also the quantity of lactogen you can check.on the box of lactogen .
