Q.

#asktheexpert hi doctor my child is one month old he is not gaining weight and mother milk is not being sufficient to him as she is having difficulty in giving milk .

A. hello make sure the breast milk is sufficient for the baby and baby gaining a minimum of 120g to 150 grams per week is a good weight gain and also in the first month you cannot expect much weight gain since the baby birth weight will reduce and then start gaining and in case bm is not sufficient you can give infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like babyhug
