Hi my baby is having loose motion from 3 days , I was told that it is due to gas... but today it is coming out like water

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. hello parent your kids 3 months old passing small quantity of stools immediately post feed is normal in case the child is having increased frequency of loose stools you need to adequately maintain the hydration of the child with frequent breastfeeding monitor urine output of the child if decrease kindly consult a doctor immediately
