Hi, my baby is having 101 fever and she is also vomiting what could be the reason?

A. the child might be suffering from viral fever due to which the child is having fever for which you can give paracetamol to the child which can be repeated maximum four times birthday and also do body sponge and for vomiting you can give syrup ondem
