Q.

Hi My baby is around 11 months. He doesn’t like mashed food, always refuses to eat mashed food and only prefers to have purees, daal etc. please suggest

A. your baby is already 11 months of age most of the babies by the end of one year must be in a position to take the adult food that is prepared for members in the house

A. Hello dear parent! Try giving one time meal in mashed form in small quantities only. Gradually increase the quantity. Be patient and persistent in your efforts. Try giving finger foods to your baby to encourage healthy eating. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day.
