My baby is almost 8 months old but she refuses to eat hand mashed food. she eats when the food is pureed in a mixer grinder. kindly help as to how I can get her to eat hand mashed food.

A. Hello mom no matter what avoid pureeed foods as it does harm than good in the sense of habits which only in initial days it is fine but as they grow its better to give manually mashed foods
