Q.

Hi, My baby is almost 11 months old and she does not eat enough. What Can I do to encourage feeding for her? Meal times are very stressful for both us. please suggest. I even used the strategy of feeding after 1 hour if she doesnt eat when I feed her. Nothing works for her. Totally depressed

A. We expect kids to eat a lot but they will only eat until they have a certain capacity. If the child is not crying out of hunger, you need not worry and try to offer more of fruits or mashed banana with curd, etc.. Write Your Answer Here

A. Hello Mom Babies don’t accept solids easily but you have to keep trying and this is the only solution. If you are giving milk all the time then a void Winget because it kills the hunger and also a fact babies appetite. You should just try to give daily routine. Wfh your baby.
