Q.

Hi my baby is 9 months old now … I am giving 3 meals per day .. he is taking 5 -7 spoons each meal is it okay ?

A. it is okay gradually meal intake should be increased.. half katori to one katori.. u cn give all foods fruits and veg to baby as to get essentail nutrients for healthy growth and development..
