Q.

Hi my baby is 8 month old and he does not eat dinner everyday as he fall asleep around 8 pm or early. should i wake him up to take dinner or is it okay for 8 month old to not have dinner.

A. From 6–8 months old, feed your baby half a cup of soft food two to three times a day. Your baby can eat anything except honey, which she shouldn't eat until she is a year old. You can start to add a healthy snack, like mashed fruit, between meals.

Q. My baby is about to turn 2 years old. I just want to ask related to his daily routine. He doesn't follow his proper routine everyday. One day he'll sleep early around 10 pm and another day he'll sleep around 11 or 12 midnight. And his wake up time also changes everyday. One day he'll woke up around 7:30 am, another day around 8:30 am, and then another again around 9 or ,9:30 am which makes him changes his entire routine the whole day. Is this normal for him.
