hi my baby is 7 month old.she is not taking any fruits and vegetables. I tried carrot and potato but she is gagging what should I do to make her eat.

A. that's pretty natural .. try to feed soft, mashed or pureed form of veggies. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all.

A. good evening I would recommend that you should try to prepare it in the form of puree and then it can be given to the child this will help to make sure that the baby is able to have it comfortably
