Hello..can i give vegetables puree like sweet potato ,carrot in snack time ? For my 7 month old baby

Give 2 meal and one snack a day
Continue with breast feeding or formula milk feeding in between and on demand to ur 7 month old little one.

Gradually include all food groups. Continue to breastfeed. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
