Hi my baby is 7 days old had his bcg vaccine today . since evening he is dry retching as if trying to vomit.. is this alarming?

Siri if you feel that this is happening because of vaccination then it is a different thing but I would like to tell you that vomiting and spitting app is very normal at this age every child go to this issue due to stomach reflux or I don’t think so it’s a problem or it has any connection with vaccination still if you want please consult your doctor
