Q.

hi my baby is 4 months 25 days old... recently I ate prawn curry because of that my baby boy got rashes on his body...two days later they were disappear. again when I used to eat any non veg curry rashes starting disappearing on his body... can I get a solution for my problem?

A. avoid eating such stuff. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dry fruit, fresh fruits, vegetables, like methi, carrot, garlic, Bottle Gourds, beetroot, spinach. Whole Grains Sprouts, spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds. And lots of fluids including clean boiled water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water. apply calamine lotion
