No dear it is not because of Johnson’s Baby product rashes can come from heat,sweat or detergent.Im using this product from the birth of my baby i have never faced this problem.use mild detergent.Johnson’s Baby is mild and gentle product dermatologist tested safe for baby delicate skin.

Oh yes sometime when the products that you use do not suit the skin or body of the child rashes can happen because of that also so currently you should stop using anything and everything it could be due to the oil also if you’re using any so right now you should just wash the body with water and apply calamine lotion on the entire body and face
