Hi My baby is 3months old today. Today morning when i changed her diaper i saw this little orange blood in her diaper. She didn’t wakeup for milk last night what happened to her? Is it okay or i need to go hospital? I have attached the pic also please suggest me what should i so

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much if baby is active and having food properly and also if you find again blood stain in diaper or poop then you should immediately consult with your doctor in person. Take care
