Hi' my baby is 3 months 10 days old. Today suddenly she shivered for a minute. Her hands and feet turned purple kinda color and in a minute it became normal. we observed that it was cold. Is it normal? Then we warmed her up and she became normal. pls suggest

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. Hai good morning !! Yes its common in new born babies to jerk (shiver ) for few seconds in sleep either by cold or sleep jerks are common. Put on comfartable winter clothes,warmth blanket,socks . If baby shivering for more than a minute check temperature (during high temperature of fever shivering need to be concerned then need to take medical assisstence).
