Q.

Hi..my baby is 2months old and i have low breast milk supply from last 20days..i am taking lactate tablets and shatavri kalp though it is not increased. please suggest something to increase breast milk

A. make sure that you take lots of water at the same time because the majority of the contents of the breast milk is water only. high protein diet is a must and try cluster feeding and the milk supply will definitely

Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly Maintain hygiene
