hi,my baby is 25days old she is having cold and cough since two days but not yet let it down cold and cough while she is sneezing mucus is coming like adults is everything ok my baby?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination.
steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decohtngestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest.
As a part of viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .
