Hi My baby is 25 days old and sleeps for more than 20hrs. Feeding and urine is normal.. is sleeping for this long is concern or will it vary later?

Yes, new born babies they almost sleep day and night. There is no problem in that.
If baby is passing out urine 6-8 times in a day and taking proper feed, gaining weight then no need to worry. Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months. Take care
