Hi my baby is 23 months old ...she got small small pimples on cheeks ..that is not full of face here and there group of small pimples...pls tell me the cream and why it is happening like this ???

It’s common in small baby make sure baby wear cotton loose comfortable clothes to avoid such irritation usually it will correct within one week apply calamine lotion twice daily keep babys surrounding clean and dust free
