Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. they appear to be skin eruptions due to either viral infection or due to allergic skin and sensitive skin.
most of the times they will go will go away on their own without any treatment. do not apply any lotion cream or powder which might cause allergy
if there are any discharge present then you can apply t bact cream.

you may apply breast milk over the affected area twice a day for twenty minutes and after that clean the area well with the Babyhug milky wipes
