ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. cow milk. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok.

If You are going to start it for the first time that I am going to advise you to go where in you just delivered the milk in the ratio of 80 and 20 and that’s what you should introduce and once your child gets used to it gradually you can reduce down the amount of water into the main
