Hi mom Both are good you can give any You can also add pediasure or junior horlicks or pediasure bournvita Take a good care of your baby Offer different varieties of food Limit milk to 500 ml a day Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
