hi my baby is 15 months old he is unable to do walk infact he unable to stand without support what I need do please help. also he is not eating solid food whenever he eats he does vomiting plz help me

A. Hello mom give regular massages and exposure to direct sunlight would helpful and do not force him instead give some opportunities to do so not to worry about he might do it
