hi my baby is 14 months old. He is pooping more times than usual.The quantity of poop is small but going for more time .pls tell me what the problem is and solution for this.....

A. yes this can be because of infections. c it is very important to avoid dehydration in the baby by giving adequate liquids ORS coconut water butter milk to the baby you can give zinconia and enterogermina tubes
