you have given already all the medicines which is given for loose motion. it is important for you to understand that loose motion doesn't stop with medicines it only decreases the problem. as long as the undigestion or the infection doesn't go away loose motion continues and sometimes it can continue till 10 days also

I would recommend you to stop giving milk completely since your child is having such by loose motions and I would advise you that you should go ahead with getting a stool culture done for your child as it could be due to food infection or something like that so it’s better to have a clarity accordingly you should go for further medication
