hi my baby girl is 2 years 6 month c is gaining weight her weight is 20 kg everything is normal c is playing eating her food everything is ok but m scaring about her weight

Your child is currently maintaining the weight for a six year old child and that is very much overweight I would suggest you to ask your doctor and conduct a thyroid test for your child immediately and also please have a full assessment with your doctor as well
