Q.

Hi, my 9 month baby is used to take his day naps after swinging in jhoola/palana and listening to a lullaby. I want to make him give up the jhoola habit. what can be alternate ways of putting him asleep which aren't dependent on the mother.

A. Hi Mom, Since your baby is small, you shouldn't make your baby to sleep without mother's dependency. When child grows older, you can make your child to sleep independent. Until that you can give plenty of cuddles to your baby while sleeping. Thank you.
