Hi my 8mo back is full of these tiny red bumps it's been almost a week now. Sometimes the bumps get reduced and then appear again. can someone help identify what these are, they are all over his body. he's going through a cold episode but is much better now. photo attached

A. you can apply calamine lotion thrice daily. give plenty of fluids to drink to the child to maintain hydration. you can go for prickly heat xpowder application also. if not improving in 2 to 3 days please visit the doctor.
