A. he doesn't have itching or fever.

A. Red Colour Rash over the body if present could be some allergy rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching. or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is there along with fever or assosiated symptoms. and it could be sofdme infection also which needs proper examination. Application of calamifne lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch lotion can be done for soothing along with antiallergic medications initially.

A. hi it can be heat boils or allergic reaction to something like fabric food or cosmetics. so please keep an eye on your child diet. avoid giving processed oily spicy food and citrus fruits. keep your child well hydrated apply baby soothing Calamine lotion like Himalaya Lotion on it.
