Q.

hi...my 7th month is running and I have already gained 20 kgs in this pregnancy. I am worried. what to do so that in the remaining time I do not gain further and it does not effect my baby as well?

A. hi mom u should consult with the dietician and get a food chart for self ... u should take protein rich diet and start antenatal exercise to control your weight
