hi my 7 months old daughter is having loose motions vomiting and fever but I'm giving her medicine and liquid but not getting cure please help me I'm a lone in my house

A. Don’t worry it takes time to cure completely atleast a week time so complete the course of medicine and maintain good hygiene and give light and easily digestible foods and give more liquids and coconut water
