Hi , my 7 &1/2 month old baby fell down from 1&1/2 feet bed in the night today she cried and did vomit once after 5 min stopped crying we kept showing cartoon after that she took feed and slept, took feed normally and afternoon after taking feed she splited little plssssssss Suggest me maam, am scared ☹️☹️

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. it is important to see that the child is not having any visible injury.
also if there is any visible injury you should visit the doctor.
it is important to observe the child for 24 hours to 48 hours for any complicationsc related to injury.
you can give paracetamol to the child for pain as well as for any swelling which develops.
you canc apply warm compresses over any swelling.
if you feel that the child is having some abnormal behaviour after the injury you should visit the doctor immediately
