my girl baby 2 1/2 years she fell from bed and her back head hurt nothing injured or swelled but after 5 min she vomited once now she is ok but iam worried about it is anything serious

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. it is important to keep the child for observation for at least 48 hours and if the child develops danger signs like
severe headache or
excessive crying or
excessive vomiting or
abnormal movements or
lethargy or
seizures then kindly meet your doctor immediately for examination.
if none of above danger signsf are present then you can follow wait and watch policy
for pain youf can give paracetamol which will help in also decreasing swelling on the head.
also apply ice locally.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl2 years agoA. If you see any vomiting happening or any kind of thing which is not normal for you in another 24 to 48 hours then you should get a check with your doctor otherwise with what you’re mentioning right now seems like your child is completely fine
