Q.

Hi My 5 years son is very thin and weak. He is a very fussy eater. what can I do for his good health? please suggest. Thanks

A. For healthy weight gain of the baby, include fat and protein rich foods in the diet like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, legumes, ghee, eggs, chicken, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado and 500-550 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals alongwith variety of fluids.
