Q.

hi... my 5 month baby is not nursing at all in the night... is this usual for her age? Do I need to wake her up to nurse or let her sleep? she is able to sleep through the night now

A. Hello, your baby girl is 5 months old and she use to sleep without taking breast feeding through out night times so if she is putting her weight properly and her pee count is more than 9/12 times a day then don’t disturb her.

Q. My son is 16 months old. I am not comfortable with his sleep routine. Usually he sleeps at around 11-12 pm at night. Wake up at 9 am. Then again go for a sleep at 12-1 pm afternoon and wake up at 2-3pm. He takes his second nap at 5-6pm evening and Wake up at 6:30-7pm. Due to this he sleeps very late at night. Is this normal? I usually nurse to make him sleep. How to change this weird routine?
