hi my 4 year daughter is having egg allergy, which food should I give her as an alternative to egg.?? does no intake of egg will affect her weight ?

A. hi dear mum , if child is having allergy to egg then give all other sources of protein like chicken , fish , legumes beans sprouts nuts oilseeds , paneer milk
