Hi, My 2 month old baby is sleeping only 9-10 hours per day and not more than that. She is otherwise active and feeding is proper. Is that an issue or normal?

This is quite normal and you should not worry about it at all. In starting few months baby sleep a lot you just have to make your baby in every two hours gap and feed your baby properly on time if your baby is sleeping properly then it is good and there is nothing to worry
