hi, my 1.5 month old has rashes/infection at rectum area, I have attached image. is this diaper rashes or should I seek pediatrician immediately please let me know

Mam this is not looking like a diaper rash but still I would first recommend you to apply Boroline anti septic cream in this area and if it helps in healing this problem then it is okay otherwise consult your doctor because this is definitely not looking like a diaper rash
