hi mommies! I need a help! my boy who is 2.5m he has got soft tools with vomiting (whatever he eats as soon as straight away it comes out as vomiting) past 2days he didn't eat anything good! he feels very week! at last he had very little milk rice with some fruits after that he is not eating properly. pls help me in this situation. #AskTheExpert

A. hello dear good morning they can be some stomach infection with the baby you can also check with your doctor for the deworming medication include butter milk or curd at least twice in the day it is a natural form of the probiotic that will take care of the stomach of the child also include coconut water
