hi,... mine C section delivery.. after completed of 11 month. shall I workout for abdomen reduce...

A. yes definitely now you can do amy form of workout you want to as it will effect you and help. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress
