Hi Meri delivery ko one (c-section) year complete hone wala hai body spcial legs mei pain rehta hai hmesha low feel krti hu Test hue the normal resort hai kya Krna chahiye?? kuch suggest kijiye

A. the body will take at least three years to recover completely from the pregnancy changes and the back ache and the leg pains can be there even for a couple of years but make sure that you take vitamin d medications regularly and calcium medications if you haven't taken until now after giving birth
