Hi. meri delivery ko 2 month ho chuke h. mera baby breastfeeding aur formula dono pr h. phle mere nipples mai bht dard tha blood b aaya tha. uske bad mujhe pata chla ki baby latching thk se nhi kr raha tha. fir doctor se advise k bad meri problem khtm hogyi. but ab 2.4 din se meri breast mai ruk ruk k pain hota h kyu

Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Consult a lactation expert for advice. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil. Good luck and take care.
