hi, meri delivery ko 1month 15 days ho gye h normal delivery huyi h mujhe stitches m thodi chubhn feel hoti h is it normal? abi Indian toilet use kr skte h kya or alathi plathi mar kr baith skte h kya koi problem to nhi hogi??

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. Yes you can use normal. Indian washroom and also you can set according to your convenience to have less of pain at the site. Mild intermittent pain may remain till about two months after delivery
