Hi meri beti ko kal raat se motions aur 2 baar vomting ho gayi hai wo kuch kha bi nahi rahi hai Kuch khaliye to b digestion nahi hora aur vomit ho jaati hai us ke motion aur vomit me bahot smell b aarahi hai bahot week lag rahi hai please koi suggestion dijiye

A. Sir you give me a very good advice please can you suggest me any antibiotics syrups

A. Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptohimatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foiul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
