Hi.. Mere periods to time pr hi aate hai.. But baut heavy bleeding hoti hai.. Kya aap mujhe aise pad k bare me bta skte h jo 8 hours chl ske heavy bleeding me.. Kuki mujhe bus se 8 hours tk ka travel krna h..?? Plz suggest ๐
