Hi mera periods delivery ke bad 1 month me aaya tha, par abhi 6 month ho gaye periods nhi aaye doctor ko concern kiya but vo bole ke breastfeeding krte ho to aisa hota hai but mere periods ko lekar muze tension ho rhi so please koi solution batao

A. Hello good afternoon !! Post delivery bleeding happens around 45-50 days and period starts after 5-8 months. Some might take time 12 months depending on mode of delivery (normal delivery gets early 5-8 months), haemoglobin levels, Harmonal changes. No need to worry have balanced diet with calcium, iron rich foods. Consult Gynaecologist ,use contraceptive methods for safety.
