hi mera beby 8 months ka hai ..teeth aare hain usko ..kal raat se use 101 fever hai ..peracetamol bi deri hu...pr fir se fever ho jata hai..kya kru?

Baby is having cold cough and fever then it can be due to viral infection you need to give him steam inhalation indirectly to times in the day and also keep him well hydrated .consult with your doctor near by who will examine the baby and guide you with appropriate medications in their proper doseBaby is probably teething. When babies are getting their teeth because of swelling and irritation in their gums they refuse to you able foods so try out more liquid consistency and soft foods during this time.
Massage the gums gently with clean finger. Give teethers.
