Hi mam, My baby is born at 8 months old. right now I don't have enough milk to feed her. we are providing powder mix milk. so how to increase the milk supply.. please let me know

A. You can start raking sharavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day after meals and also take fenugreek abd fennel on daily basis have a glass of water after feeding baby abd massage your breast towards nipple

A. Hello. Eat healthy diet like more of dal, green leafy vegetables, cumin, dry fruits laddoo and shatavari powder etc.
